Space Themed Art Projects

Because Chalk Pastels are so easy to use and clean up, this Solar Eclipse painting is a perfect group activity! We created ours for the 2017 eclipse, but this would be awesome for a party activity. For a whole set of fabulous space art lessons, you can grab the Art in Space course.

This entire solar eclipse lesson took about 15 minutes, but the smiles lasted all day! Besides being loads of fun and giving your little space fanatics a great favor to take home, they learn all about their art project while they create it!
