You know those times when you wish for something and God smiles and says “OK”? I had been wishing for a while to get to sing again with my daddy. Mind you, it has been over 10 years since sang in front of a crowd (I don’t count college era (s)karaoke) so I’m pretty rusty, but it was such a wonderful gift to be able to sing with Daddy, especially at a homecoming service to recognize my Grandmother’s 63 years of service in the music ministry at the church I grew up in. And here we are.
