| Poppy helped us plant our butterfly garden and the poppies have done beautifully. |

| We planted a whole row of sunflowers, but the squirrels ate most of the seeds. This little guy was one of two survivors. He did bloom after this photo was taken. |

| Our German Chamomile in the herb garden is blooming and smells so wonderful! We’ll be drying the blooms to use in bath sachets soon. |

| This is our french lavender. We got a new lavender plant to put in our butterfly garden that is a milder variety. |

| We’ve added a bit more since this was taken and are loving being able to watch these flowers grow and the butterflies that have taken up residence. Hopefully next year they will have grown enough that we get some bigger butterflies! |
Looks so pretty. I’m trying my hand at birdhouse gourds this year. Can’t wait to see the first one begin to grow.
