We are inviting you to join us in a journey through Beholding and Becoming: The Art of Everyday Worship this fall. This book is full of so much sound teaching and it challenges you on a soul-level to examine yourself against scripture. The art work is glorious and serves to bring so many points to a more vivid light.
Will you join us? The book club begins September 30th and you can sign up for the book club emails above. There’s no pressure, no deadlines, and no place to go.
The emails will come straight to your inbox, and if you’re up for community discussion just join us on Instagram where we’ll post our thoughts each week.
The question isn’t whether we will use our everyday moments to worship because we will – in the midst of ordinary places, people, sights, sounds, joys, and pains. How we direct our eyes, minds, hearts, and hands in the everyday will determine whom we ultimately worship and what we ultimately become. We were made to behold Him and to be transformed in Him. The art of everyday worship is the journey from canvas to masterpiece. This is my invitation to you to be transformed, one everyday moment at a time. – Ruth Chou Simons, Beholding and Becoming
Beholding and Becoming: The Art of Everyday Worship
Details:
Each chapter has 2 parts, and there are 16 total chapters.
We’ll be discussing a chapter each Friday through an email (I’ll share thoughts from the previous week’s discussion) and on Instagram. That’s 16 weeks to get through the book so you never have to feel rushed or behind.
We’ll take a break for the month December (though this is definitely an Advent worthy read) and resuming in January. Easy peasy.
